Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight
Psalm 144:1
The meaning of Senka Te Karate Do is “empty hands, ready for war.”
For many years, the martial arts have been inundated with politics and bureaucracy, and although it must have order, it has lost many of the original teachings, which include sincere development of the mind and body, as well as the spirit.
The Senka Te system draws from the Japanese words of Keiko Shoukon, meaning “reflect on the old to understand the new.”
